We have a proven methodology as our implementation strategy based on RUP.

This worldwide well known methodology mainly consist of 4 phases:

Inception --->  Elaboration ---> Construction ---> Transition

 Each of which having some specified tasks in it.

Inception:

At this phase we mostly get into Business Modeling job and writing use cases as a part of it. This phase consists of:

• Train Project Team
• Initial Project Plan
• Initial Risk Analysis

Elaboration:

This phase is mostly around Requirement and Design. It consists of many important tasks:

• Developing a Requirement Document
• Developing Use Cases
• Conduct Gap Analysis
• Develop Design Document or Functional Spec

Construction:

This phase as it name says is around constructing the solution to meet customer needs as analyzed and documented in elaboration Phase. As of part of this phase we have also the very first visual prototype of the solution. This phase consists mainly:

• Visual Prototype
• Behavioral Prototype
  • Customization
• Data Migration
• Interface Development
• ….

Transition:

This is the last Phase in implementing a PLM project and in this phase is mainly about some final test of constructed solution and user acceptance tests and finally Production Data Migration. Also Training of end user as the one of most factors is considered as a part of this phase. This phase consists of mainly:

• Developing User Training
  
• Deliver User Training
• Build and Deploy Prod Env.
• Production Data Migration
• Go Live!
